
In February we are excited to announce the launch of our new customer service policy. This month we focus on what we believe makes our company unique, our dedication to quality, safety and customer service. Since its inception Cardona’s has strived to provide honest and effective pest control services and this month we are taking everything we have learned over the years and outlining it in a policy for our customers. As a company that relies on word of mouth, we know the importance of doing good work. This policy will ensure that we give our customers the confidence they need to continue to do business with us and to refer our services to friends and family.
Customer Service Policy
- Free estimates. We commit to inspect and quote jobs within our scope of work, free of charge in order to provide our customers with information about our services without having to make a commitment.
- Service Tickets. We are committed to providing our customers with information on all of the work we do and all of the products applied during our visits. Service tickets will provide this information to our customers while helping us keep a record of the work we’ve done.
- Communication. We are committed to making sure that we communicate the day before and the day of the visit, giving our customers plenty of time to accommodate.
- Satisfaction Guarantee. We guarantee that we will do everything in our capacity to uphold our end of every agreement, making sure that our customers’ issues are resolved before we conclude a job.
- Safety. We commit to following the Department of Agriculture’s guidelines for safe pesticide application and strict adherence to label instructions for all products.
